The firm's principal Kathleen A. Nielsen received her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University. She clerked for the Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals before starting in private practice in 1982 and ultimately starting her own firm in 1989 in Tempe, Arizona. She has been a member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar and the Maricopa County Bar since 1982. She is a member of the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce.
