Kathleen A. Nielsen, Attorney at Law, is an Arizona attorney who has been providing legal services to clients in Ahwatukee, Tempe, and the East Valley for more than 30 years!
Kathleen graduated from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, with a degree in criminal justice. She graduated from Arizona State University College of Law (now named Sandra Day College of Law) in 1981. She clerked for the Hon. Joe W. Contreras, then Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division 1, in Phoenix.
Kathleen possesses legal expertise in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, spousal maintenance, custody, child support, and pre-marital agreements. Kathleen also possess legal expertise in estate planning matters including trusts, wills, living wills, powers of attorney and beneficiary deeds. Kathleen also provides legal services to probate an estate and administer a trust.
Kathleen is from the Midwest. She and her husband have resided in Ahwatukee since 1981. Attorney Nielsen has been a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar since 1982. Kathleen is a member of the Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce and the Tempe Chamber of Commerce.
